2024-08-01 - Temporary Suspension of Operation
Dear customers,
We regret that issues with Customs in the Netherlands has resulted in delivery becoming very unreliable. Some orders are experiencing significant delays or even not reaching the shipping address at all. We pride ourselves on our service and delivery, but with these current issues we are unable to meet our standards.
Due to this uncertainty with our deliveries, we have decided to temporarily suspend any orders for our customers in The Netherlands.
We will be regularly reviewing this situation, and as soon as we are confident that regular and reliable delivery is possible again, we will be back to business as usual.-

2021-10-25 - Christmas last posting dates 2021
The last posting dates before Christmas are just around the corner.
As per post office, the latest date for Christmas air mail this year is 27 Nov 2021 Please place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment and make sure that they arrive in time. Thanks!

2020-12-14 - Updated delivery time of regular airmail and EMS
- Due to insufficient air traffic capacity provided by airlines, it may take additional time in waiting for air allotment to convey airmail items to the Netherlands . We regret to announce that our regular airmail takes approx 4 to 6 weeks now . EMS has an estimated delivery time of 3 weeks. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused!

2020-09-07 - Emails are bouncing back from Microsoft domains
We’re getting an issue with sending email to Microsoft domains ( and similar ) e.g. @outlook.com / @hotmail.com / @hotmail.co.uk / @live.co.uk / @msn.com . If you cannot receive our response in a couple of days, please feel free to contact us via live chat or our CS hotlines . Our IT team is looking into this matter and get it solved asap. We can still ship orders via EMS Courier.

2019-11-06 - Christmas shipping for 2019
The Christmas season is coming upon us soon, so it`s time to place your final order if you want the package to arrive before then. The Post office cut-off date is on the 19th of Nov, so order place on or before this date should be delivered on time. Orders placed after this date may be delayed until after the New Year for delivery. We would like to take this opportunity to wish everybody a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
